Strong & Sxy Lean Home Guide is a complete 8 week training guide that can be done from home. Training weeks run from weeks 1-8 with a part 1 and part 2 for each day.
This plan is specifically designed to help you strip body fat whilst maintaining muscle to help you achieve that lean, toned and sculpted look.
The programme includes high intensity workouts that will test your limits along with cardio, ab exercises and so much more.
